SUMMARY:Salon du Chocolat
DESCRIPTION:The Salon du Chocolat in Paris is the world’s largest event dedicated to chocolate and cocoa.\nFrom October 28 until November 1st\,  you can meet 200 exhibitors\, and attend six international competitions. For this edition of 2022\, the appointment will be made in the Parc des Expositions in Porte de Versailles. \nYou will not only have the opportunity to meet chocolatiers\, patissiers\, confectioners\, cocoa producing countries and other passionate cacao artisans from all over the world (France\, Belgium\, Austria\, Brazil\, Colombia\, Mexico\, Tanzania\, Uganda\, Congo\, …)\, there are plenty of activities and events to attend during these 5 days. \n  \n \n\nLIFE CHEF DEMOS: The greatest pastry chefs\, young talents and renowned chocolate makers will prepare their best chocolate recipes during exceptional masterclasses on the Pastry Show stage.\nTHE CHOCOLATE FASHION SHOW: The usual parade of chocolate dresses will feature 16 creations this year. The marvelous chocolate fashion show was placed under the topic of “Rebirth”\, expressing the joy of finally seeing each other again.\nTHE ART OF CHOCOLATE: The exhibition “Bûche\, ô ma bûche” will showcase the most beautiful Christmas creations : ephemeral works of art imagined by iconic pastry chefs.\nTHE JUNIOR PASTRY SHOW: This year\, once again\, the Salon du Chocolat will propose children and their families a journey of initiation through the magical universe of chocolate\, with culinary\, funny\, and educational experiences.\n\nDuring this 2022 edition\, 4 great professional competitions are organising their finale at the Salon: the International Awards of French Pastry\, the World Chocolate Masters\, the “Mondial des Arts Sucrés”\, and the “Défi des Glaciers”. \n  \nPlease pass by to say ‘Hi’ to our Silva team & farming partners.\nYou will probably find us in our corner-stand (Pavillon 5.1 – Booth E14) or wandering around the different origin booths. \n
