The Salon du Chocolat in Paris is the world’s largest event dedicated to chocolate and cocoa.

Each year, thousands of visitors flock to the Parc des Expositions in Paris to peruse the stands of the 280 exhibitors present. Visitors will find chocolatiers, patissiers, confectioners, cocoa producing countries and other artisans from all over the world (France, Belgium, Austria, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Portugal, etc.). Plenty of activities and events will be on the programme at this fair during this 5-day event. Visitors can attend the Pastry Show (with demonstrations of recipes by top chefs), the Cacao Show (musical entertainment and performance from cocoa producing countries), the Chocosphere (talks and tastings), workshops for adults and kids, and of course the famous chocolate fashion show featuring models wearing dresses made of chocolate. The yearly trade fair began in 1994 and is supported by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Let us know if you are around, that we can touch base!
