La Sabaneta is a renowned cocoa farm located in Choroní. The farm’s exceptional quality is attributed to its location in the central coastal region, and the Henri Pittier National Park, which provides ideal conditions for the cultivation of cocoa. The owners, together with cocoa specialists and some very extensive research, aim to strengthen the unique genetics of the plantations, preserve the quality of the cocoa and improve the efficiency of the harvest.
