PERU – Lagunas Organic
In the picturesque Bagua region, a curated assortment of native cacaos and regional hybrids is gathered from various communities. These freshly harvested beans undergo meticulous processing at the Cooperative facilities, where a time-honored fermentation and drying process takes place.
