Borburata is a coastal Venezuelan village reviving its cacao roots. Once in decline, it’s now seeing a comeback thanks to passionate farmers like Louiz Palermo and agronomist Francisco Betancourt. Their efforts, blending tradition with innovation, have doubled yields and preserved rare local cacao varieties. The result: Carabobo Borburata Cacao, rich in flavor and history.
