COLOMBIA – Betulia B6

Hacienda Betulia is rightly called a state-of-the art cacao farm. It was awarded as the most innovative cacao farm in Colombia in 2018. The selections of the cacao varietals is based on extensive genome and DNA testing. Betulia B6 organic is a 64% criollo cacao variety, with some amelonado and trinitario mixed in for good measure. The high percentage of criollo result in complex and beautifully balanced flavours with notes of nuts, yellow fruit, sweet berries and floral hints.
