The Tanama Collection is a heartfelt tribute to the Mirabal sisters, iconic figures of feminist resistance and empowerment. It brings history together with flavour into three unique cacao beans.

Despite the prevalence of common hybrids in the area, this family farm has stayed true to its roots by nurturing the cacao trees passed down by several generationsl. Through a tailored post-harvesting methods,  a remarkable complexity in the cacao is achieved.
