DOMINICAN REPUBLIC – CARIBE SIGNATURE

The term “Caribe” translates to “brave people” in the Taino language, a name the original inhabitants of the Dominican Republic used for themselves, first recorded by Christopher Columbus. Today, we aim to capture the essence of the Caribbean through this exceptional cacao blend. Sourced from seven farms in the Puerto Plata region, our Caribe Regional Cacao combines local native varieties with hybrids, creating a flavor profile that is richly chocolaty, sweet, with delightful herbal undertones.
