DOMINICAN REPUBLIC – Taino Soliman
Embracing the rich heritage of the Taíno people, which translates to “men of the good” or simply “good people,” we strive to embody and honor their spirit through this historical cacao selection.
In the Northern part of the Dominican Republic, Leo’s farm stands out by being situated on a picturesque hill side, offering a breathtaking view. What makes Leo’s farm truly remarkable, however, is his cacao production. His unique microlot and very specific post-harvest processes unveil amazing flavors and complexities, making it a true discovery for chocolate enthusiasts.
