Ecuador- Zamora Chinchipe Organic
In Southern Amazon region, Zamoré Chinchipe, 180 farming families are organised in the association APEOSAE, and grow a selection of nacional cacao according to strictly defined harvest and post-harvest protocols. As from 2018 they participate in a project for “deforestation-free” cacao. And that tastes good: excellent flavours and forest conservation! We couldn’t be happier to feature this cacao.
