In Phatthalung’s Thale Noi basin 17 smallholder farmers produce fully traceable cacao in biodiverse agroforestry. Using QR codes and satellite mapping, each batch is tracked to the exact plot.

This 1-ton micro-lot (Chumphon Hybrid 1 & 2) offers a bright, gently sweet profile with notes of yellow fruit, dried fruit, nuts, and soft chocolate—showcasing a rising Southern Thai origin.
