Chuao cacao grows in a small village founded in 1660, in the northern coastal mountain range, surrounded by dense rainforests. The exclusive beans are dried in the sun in front of the village’s church “Plaza de Secado”. Silva Cacao is the proud distributor of the exceptional Chuao cacao in Europe. Chuao cacao has an appelation and is IP protected. The real Chuao cacao comes with a certificate of authenticity.
