PHILIPPINES – HARANA
A single trinitario variety known as Brazilian criollo is grown in the Davao region by a carefully selected group of farmers who commit to quality. Auro supports and strictly supervisies post-harvesting in central fermentation centers, resulting in a complex and balanced flavour profile comprised of floral, fruity and vegetal notes.

- Drying: 8 to 10 days on covered drying beds

Supply Chain
100% traceable supply chain. Wet beans are sourced directly from individual farms and processed in a central post-harvesting facility. Beans are packed in 50 kg polypropylene bags and transported to the port of Davao.

8 farmers and their families benefit from increased and diversified income due to higher prices and continuous technical support.
Forest & Nature
Promoting intercropping, agroforestry and organic farming, which helps to increase biodiversity and protection of remaining forest fragments. Mount Apo National Park is close to the farms.
